Aid & Attendance is an additional monthly payment added to a Veteran’s or surviving spouse’s pension. These funds can be used to pay for home care services such as:

WHO QUALIFIES?
You May Qualify If You Meet One or More of These Requirements:
- Need help with daily activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, etc.)
- Require supervision for safety
- Have limited vision
- Served at least 90 days of active duty, including one day during wartime
- Received an honorable discharge
- Are a surviving spouse of an eligible Veteran
